I use this on anything edible or even knawable. Old bones even taste good with this stuff. Not too hot unless ya want it to be. A great substitute for K-Pauls Blackened redfish seasoning.

Got this when were in NOLA. We use it in everything. Awesome in omlettes! Give it a try!
