Beautifully put together with colorful pictures and informative background information about the recipes and their creators'.
This book would be a great addition to her other cook books: New Orleans Classic Desserts, New Orleans Classic Seafood, New Orleans Classic Gumbos and Soups and New Orleans Classic Cocktails.
