Named for New Orleans School of Cooking founder, Joseph “Joe” Cahn, Joe's Stuff is a naturally low sodium Creole seasoning blend that adds just the right amount of Southern flair to any dish — especially gumbo. You can even use it as a spice rub on poultry, pork, beef, vegetables or seafood, or you can add Joe’s Stuff as a spice garnish for pasta, soups or salads. We also suggest adding it to snacks like popcorn for a burst of flavor.

Contains no MSG or preservatives. For a spicier flavor, we recommend Joe's Hot Stuff. For Cajun style, try Joe’s Stuff Bayou Blend.
