A fantastic BBQ Sauce with the perfect heat. We already have a reputation for making great BBQ Sauces, now we’ve gone one better. We added a pinch of habanero for a little heat. This sauce is not for the faint of heart! While the heat is not overwhelming, it definitely has a kick. We use this on everything, especially ribs, chicken wings and steak.
Ingredients: tomato puree (tomatoes, citric acid), brown sugar, tapioca syrup (tapioca starch, water), vinegar, molasses, tomato paste, hickory smoke (water, natural hickory smoke flavor), sea salt, spices, garlic powder, onion powder, tamarind concentrate, bourbon, paprika.
