That’s why our Morning Cooking Demonstration gift certificates are an excellent present for anyone who would rather do the eating than the cooking. The recipient will enjoy watching our professional chefs prepare a classic Cajun or Creole meal while sharing the vibrant history of New Orleans cuisine. After the lesson, they can dig in! Class time is from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, and classes are held seven days a week.
If you asked us for a recommendation on how to spend an afternoon in NOLA, we’d have to answer “attend a New Orleans School of Cooking recipe demonstration!” Our Afternoon Cooking Demonstration gift certificates are a unique present for any friend, family or business contact. The recipient will be entertained by one of our professional chefs who will prepare a classic Cajun or Creole meal and give a fun history lesson on New Orleans cuisine. After the lesson, everyone can dig in! Class time is from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and classes are held seven days a week.
